Community Meeting to Discuss Nitrate Pollution at Marina Library

Join Monterey Waterkeeper Thursday, March 12th, from 6 to 7 pm, for a community meeting focused on nitrate pollution on the Central Coast. We’ll discuss how the overuse of fertilizers impacts our waterways, environment, food systems, and human health, and why advocating for clean, safe water is critical for our communities.

You’ll also learn about the Alternative Water Supply Program and how it addresses nitrate contamination in drinking water.
