Park & Watershed Cleanup at Laguna Grande Park with Surfrider Monterey

Join us at 11 AM for FREE yoga followed by a park cleanup and water testing from 12 – 2 PM. Bring your friends and family to make a difference for our community & Monterey Bay!

After the cleanup, stay for the neighborhood picnic in the park from 2-4 PM.

Purpose: Monterey Bay’s watersheds and beaches are stewarded by community members & volunteers just like you! Join Surfrider Monterey and Monterey Waterkeeper to make a positive impact on our coast and the global ocean while we work raise awareness about plastic pollution. We will conduct water testing in Laguna Del Ray and clean up trash in the park before the rains come to wash it out to the bay.
