Water Testing & Salinas River Cleanup at San Lorenzo County Park

What: Water Testing & River / Park Cleanup

Join Monterey Waterkeeper and Save the Whales at 9 AM at San Lorenzo County Park to help test the health of the Salinas River, followed by a trash cleanup of the park before the winter rains arrive to wash it out into our waterways. Together we can protect both our rivers and our community!

After the cleanup, at 12 join us in visiting the FREE Monterey County Agricultural & Rural Life Museum!

To Bring: Please bring water, a hat, sunscreen, and wear closed-toe shoes!
Monterey Waterkeeper will provide clean up and water quality testing materials and snacks.
